As thePayroll and Engagement Coordinatorat Fraser Valley Brewery, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational efficiency and cultural vitality of the site. This hybrid position combines full ownership of hourly payroll administration—including processing, auditing, and compliance—with participation in employee engagement, internal communications, and community involvement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness while also planning and executing initiatives that foster a connected, inclusive, and motivated workforce.
Reporting to the HR Manager and supporting the Brewery General Manager, you will also provide high-level administrative support, including the creation of reports, presentations, and visual materials for leadership. You’ll be a key contributor to our World Class Supply Chain efforts by supporting coordination of town halls, and driving site-wide communication strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to support both people and processes.

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $54,300.00 - $71,300.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
