Payroll Coordinator – Contract (1–3 Months)
Location: Hybrid – Port Coquitlam, BC
Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $36/hour + 4% vacation pay
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator for a 1–3 month contract in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll expertise, preferably with Payworks, and thrive in a unionized setting.
Key Qualifications:
3–5 years of payroll experience with a recognized payroll system (Payworks preferred)
Strong knowledge of union payroll requirements
Experience processing payroll across multiple provinces, ideally BC
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
