Base pay range

CA$75.00 / hr - CA$90.00 / hr

Are you a Senior Business Analyst looking to make an impact on transformational HCM projects? Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven individual to support the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion. As a key member of the Strategy and Transformation Office, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into effective processes and deliverables. Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders across departments to analyze, document, and map current payroll processes while gathering detailed business requirements.
• Create process maps and use cases to define both current and future state workflows, including system interactions.
• Develop comprehensive test cases and scripts to ensure solution design requirements are thoroughly validated.
• Collaborate with the Change Management Team to support training materials, project documentation, and internal communication standards.
• Partnering with the Project Management team and System Integrator to produce project and operational artifacts.
• Support post-implementation adoption by evaluating end-user feedback and identifying opportunities for ongoing business process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments across various business units.
• Proven expertise in HCM and payroll system design and implementation, particularly Oracle systems.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Visio, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• An expert communicator with strength in collaboration and relationship building, maintains a healthy, open and trusting workplace, with integrity and accountability.

Hourly rate : $75-90 / hour incorporated
