Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Financial and Administrative Services and collaborating with the General Manager, the incumbent will assist in maintaining and developing the company's Human Resources department.

Jouvence seeks a candidate who shares its values of humanism, respect, listening, and development. Requirements include a college diploma (DEC) in administration, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, familiarity with human resources laws, experience in a unionized environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Acomba software, and French (score 4.5/5).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process complete payroll.
  2. Manage administrative aspects of employee files.
  3. Ensure benefits programs are followed and respond to employee inquiries.
  4. Manage staffing, onboarding, and integration activities.
  5. Interpret and apply the collective agreement.
  6. Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering training activities in accordance with Bill 90 (1%).
  7. Perform other related tasks.
Desired Talents

We seek someone comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with good judgment, analytical and synthesis skills, and proactive attitude. Strong HR knowledge is essential, as the role involves advising management and leadership, and motivating managers towards centralized HR management. The ideal candidate is committed, autonomous, and dedicated to Jouvence's development, with excellent listening skills.

Working Conditions
