Job Location: Coquitlam, BC
Salary Range: $53,000 - $57,000
Position Type: Temporary 10-12 month contract with possibility of extension
Job Description:The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for over 600 union, non-union, and hourly employees while ensuring a safe and professional work environment, which fosters BEST culture, mission, and values. The incumbent is responsible for completing various activities including but not limited to processing payroll, investigating payroll discrepancies, reconciliations, reporting, while staying up-to-date with Employment Standards and collective agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior performance in accordance to the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements, anticipate and adapt to change as needed and must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
