Payroll Specialist (Permanent Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)
Location:North Vancouver, BC
Compensation:$50/hour

A well-established company in North Vancouver is seeking apart-time Payroll Specialistto manage payroll processing across multiple provinces usingPayworks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll usingPayworksfor employees across Canada

  • Managetimesheets, track hours, and ensure accurate payroll delivery

  • Administerbenefits and deductions

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance for reporting, reconciliations, and audit support

  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on payroll experience

  • Proficiency in Payworksis required

  • Experience withmulti-provincial payroll

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

  • PCP certification is an asset but not mandatory

  • Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative office environment
