Job summary

Central 1 is seeking a Project Manager, Payments Delivery (Consultant) to join the Client Delivery team, delivering online banking and payment solutions that matter to clients. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn business needs into effective, high-impact software implementations.

You’ll bring hands-on experience in financial institutions and a strong understanding of payment systems, managing multiple projects and guiding deployments from kickoff to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in project management and consulting.
• Hands-on understanding of payment systems within a financial institution environment.
• CBAP or PMP designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to support implementations from kickoff through launch, independently or as part of a project team.
• Manage multiple projects or client initiatives concurrently.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress, timelines and budgets.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks and issues to ensure delivery.
• Lead or participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs and requirements.
• Create SOWs, requirements documentation, and change orders as needed.
