We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Worcester/Providence crew.

As a PMT, you will work on various projects for clients across the region. The workweek is 40-50 hours, with some weekends and overtime required.

Responsibilities include:

• Using equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, and more
• Planning and executing high-quality projects
• Communicating daily job status with the Director of Operations
• Maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required) and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, critical thinker with problem-solving skills
• Attention to punctuality, organization, and detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is a plus
• An engineering background is an asset
