Position: Inside Sales, Customer Service Coordinator

  1. Responsible for preparing and sending all quotations requested by outside sales reps and the design community.
  2. Follow up on all quotations and requests using a corporate quoting app.
  3. This role is customer-service oriented, ideal for someone who thrives in a prompt, personalized, and attentive service environment.
  4. Provide timely and professional service to all clients, both external and internal.
  5. Finalize and review all incoming orders.
  6. Support and assist outside sales representatives.
Marketing Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the design evolution of marketing communications.
  2. Help update and maintain the corporate website as needed.
Project Management
  1. Manage communication flow throughout the manufacturing process to enhance the client experience.
  2. Oversee project deadlines and manage client expectations.
Education

College degree (DEC) in a related sales and marketing field.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer relations and/or sales.
  • Experience in sales and marketing is required.
  • Project management experience is an asset.
  • University degree and leadership experience are assets.
Languages

Bilingual in English and French; an asset.
