The Patron Services Associate maintains positive customer relationships by utilizing exemplary customer service skills, as well as knowledge of Box Office/Front of House (FOH) and company policies and procedures to ensure optimal customer experience. The Patron Services Associate is on the “front line” interacting with and assisting our patrons and volunteers during shows and rentals. As part of this team, the Patron Services Associate will represent the quality and grandeur of Persephone Theatre.
*All Front of House staff members must get SIRS training- Serve It Right Saskatchewan. The online course is provided by Persephone Theatre and is completed at your own pace.*
