This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma, along with skills in communication and problem-solving. Job Summary :
Patrol Officers report to the Area Manager and ensure that all dashboard tickets and parking permits are displayed and valid at various parking lots throughout the lower mainland. The working environment may be internal and/or external, which includes exposure to cold, dirt, vehicle exhausts, noise, dust, heat, odours, rain, and snow.

Mandatory Qualifications :
Valid ON driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Previous experience in parking enforcement or a background in security is an asset; training will be provided.
General knowledge of electronic equipment is an asset.
High school diploma required.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :
Review and understand daily scheduled routes prior to dispatch.
Review dispatch emails for client requests and check the calendar for events.
Respond promptly to client requests for enforcement, communicate receipt, and debrief after attending calls.
Inspect vehicle and required devices before shifts; report issues immediately.
Follow procedures for log sheets and recording site visits.
Check expiration dates and times on parking receipts and hangtags where applicable.
Run plates through enforcement software to confirm registration.
Ensure accuracy when issuing infractions.
Return devices to charging units after use.
Arrange towing of vehicles as per regulations.
Work outdoors and within sheltered garage environments.
Complete mandatory health & safety training upon hire.
Perform litter pickup and general maintenance of parking equipment.
