Patricia Lake Bungalows is a cozy cabin resort located right on Patricia Lake in Jasper National Park! We are a tight-knit, family-owned and operated business, looking for a great individual to join our team. Did we mention we offer FREE staff housing?

Seasonal Front Desk Agent position
Work Term Requirement: Mid April – Mid October

The right candidate would possess the following qualities:

1. The ability to self-motivate and keep busy when at work.
2. The ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
3. The ability to multitask and ensure that any job started is completed.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Ability to perform daily cash outs, and work within a reservation booking system - take and input payments.
6. Great phone etiquette and demeanor.
7. Ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs, emails, and general computer knowledge.
8. Would require 2-3 Housekeeping shifts per week.
