Job summary

Lilly Canada is seeking a Data & Portfolio Analyst to support patient programs in downtown Toronto. The role blends analytics, digital capabilities, and project work to improve patient experiences and outcomes.

This hybrid full-time position starts Jan 4, 2027 and runs through Dec 23, 2027, with potential earlier December 2026 onboarding in part-time remote mode, then full-time hybrid. Onsite at least 10 days per month; per diem and a company bonus may apply.

• Portfolio Optimization: Supporting and leading ongoing work to optimize our portfolio of programs by leveraging partnerships, technology and ecosystem strategies to deliver more impactful, effective and efficient solutions for patients.
• Process Optimization: Support the development and reimaging of optimal processes, procedures and capabilities to enable our wider-angle portfolio strategies.
• Digital Capabilities: Support the development and realization of our Digital roadmap and capabilities including dashboarding, insight generation through project prioritization, change management and implementation.
• PSP Special Projects: Supporting ongoing and novel work packages that support the overarching functional and portfolio strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
