FYidoctors Ottawa Cumberland St is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our clinic and support patients with a welcoming check-in experience and efficient service. You will handle pre-testing, appointments, billing, and eyewear pick-ups in a collaborative environment.

This part-time fixed-term role runs 20-29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, until August 2027, with competitive wages and a strong focus on patient care and service quality.

Description

Our FYidoctors Ottawa - Cumberland St clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time fixed-term role until August 2027, working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
