Job summary

FYidoctors Osoyoos is seeking a Patient Services Specialist for a part-time role (20-29 hours/week). The clinic operates Monday–Saturday. You will greet patients, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and assist with eyewear repairs, delivering exceptional service.

This position emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced eye-care setting with opportunities for growth and growth-oriented bonuses at qualifying clinics.

Our FYidoctors Osoyoos clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring
