FYidoctors Edmonton - Hawkstone Plaza clinic is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional patient care and administrative support. The role supports check-in/out, pre-testing, scheduling, billing, eyewear handling, and friendly patient service in a dynamic eyecare environment.

The successful candidate will have prior retail exposure, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Join a doctor-led, patient-first team at our Edmonton clinic.

• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

Our FYidoctors Edmonton - Hawkstone Plaza clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments
• Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear
• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required

What You Bring

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset
