Job summary

FYidoctors Kootenay Optometry - Trail and FYidoctors Castlegar clinics are seeking a Patient Services Specialist. Join a patient-first team delivering excellent service while supporting eye care operations and billing processes.

The role is full-time (30-40 hours/week), with clinic hours Monday to Friday. You will greet patients, assist with pre-testing, appointments, and eyewear services, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors Kootenay Optometry - Trail and FYidoctors Castlegar clinics are looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-timerole working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do
