Job description

Patient Service Associate

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Patient Services Associate (PSA) to visit physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, focusing on improving patients' lives. The PSA will connect with healthcare professionals by providing key knowledge and support within the assigned territory.

Location: Greater Vancouver Area

The PSA will report to the Associate Manager, Inizio Engage Canada.

Key Objectives:

  1. Travel within the assigned territory to represent the client product(s) in person or virtually, effectively communicating up-to-date, approved messaging about the product's features, benefits for patients, clinical benefits, and safety information.
  2. Develop territory routing plans to maximize business and increase awareness of clients' patient services/tools with a holistic approach to the clinic (total office call and networking).
  3. Attend and complete all required and ongoing training in a timely manner.
  4. Adhere to the Innovative Medicines Canada Code of Ethical Practices and regulatory requirements under applicable law, including PAAB requirements as appropriate.
  5. Follow clients' and Inizio's Code of Conduct.

Education, Competencies, and Skills Required:

  • University degree preferred but not required.
  • Patient-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized.
  • Team player.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate individual.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proven track record of success with a service mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate messages professionally and articulately.
  • Strong computer literacy: proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; above-average Excel skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Salary range: $50,000 - $53,000 plus bonus and car allowance.
