Job summary

Lawtons in Halifax is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our patient-centered pharmacy team. You will counsel patients, manage injections and vaccinations, review therapies, and document care plans while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with technicians and other pharmacists to deliver high-quality health services across locations, keeping knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and corporate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province.
• Injection and First Aid Certification.
• Kroll software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion while prioritizing patient-centered care.
• Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies tailored to patient needs.
• Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete proper documentation.
