The MH/QHC Patient Care Technicians are the laboratory professionals that interact directly with patients. They collect samples such as blood from adults, children, and neonates. They are also responsible for performing ECGs as required in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
They work under the CUPE collective agreement and maintain respectful relations with representatives, direct supervisor, and employer.
