Job summary

Quinte Health in Belleville, Ontario seeks a Hospitality Service Representative to support patient care by cleaning, transporting patients, stocking supplies, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving.
• Demonstrated concern for the care and comfort of patients.
• Ability to read, follow instructions and perform basic math.
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and position/transfer patients.
• Flexible and able to adapt to schedule changes and fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to safety, including use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Satisfactory attendance and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient care areas and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Transport patients as required within the hospital.
• Stock and organize medical supplies and equipment.
• Assist in hospital codes as appropriate.
