As a Patient Care Coordinator at Smile City Dental, you’ll be more than just an administrator. You’ll be a pivotal connection between our clinical team and our patients, helping them feel supported and informed throughout their care journey. Schedule : Full-Time

Monday 9-5

Tuesday 10-6

Thursday 10-6

Friday 9-5

Alternating Saturdays (will have Monday off if working on a Saturday)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Be a Welcoming Presence : Build rapport with patients from the moment they arrive, creating a comfortable and trusting environment.
  • Financial Clarity : Provide accurate estimates, discuss insurance coverage, and assist with payment options to make treatment accessible.
  • Efficient Scheduling : Coordinate appointments with an eye for efficiency and patient convenience.
  • Record Management : Keep patient records organized, ensuring they’re up-to-date and ready for each step of the care process.
  • Ongoing Support : Follow up with patients, answer their questions, and provide continued support as they progress through their treatments.

Qualifications :
