Patient Care Coordinator

If you are looking for a long-term position as a Patient Care Coordinator in the dental field in progressive, state of the art offices, with great pay and benefits please read below. We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our NORTH office (approx. 4 - 5 days per week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients and interested in pursuing a career in the dental field. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cleaning/Disinfecting and preparing ops in between patients
  • Setting up instruments for the clinical team
  • Assisting with sterilizing instruments
  • Greeting patients and parents
  • Seating patients
  • Setting up ops
  • Helping the RDA with set up and care of the patient
  • Dismissing patients
  • Assisting with taking inventory of supplies

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available to work during applicable business hours
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with children of all ages
  • English proficient in speaking and writing
