Patient Care Coordinator - Minnetonka

Overview

Park Dental Minnetonka is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Starting Wage Range: $23.00 - $26.00

Responsibilities

1. Check in patients
2. Schedule patient appointments using scheduling software
3. Verify dental insurance
4. Answer insurance and billing questions
5. Oversee patient account management

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proficient with Microsoft Office
2. Typing and data entry skills
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
4. Professional customer service
5. Effective communicator and team player
6. Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday: 6:30am-2:15pm
Tuesday: 6:30am-2:15pm
Wednesday: 1:30pm-8:15pm
Thursday: 1:30pm-8:15pm
