Position: Patient Care Assistant

As a Patient Care Assistant, you’ll be relied upon to prioritize patient needs to ensure their comfort while providing direct and indirect supportive nursing care on our Acute Surgical Unit.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or enrollment in a health assistant program at a vocational school
  • Patient care experience or completion of one semester in a healthcare-related field
  • Current CPR certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Comprehensive Crisis Management certification or to be obtained within 12 months of hire
