• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high-caliber employees.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing policies.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented according to direction.
• Recognize talent and develop staff for growth.
• Supervise daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager.
