Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of pastries for buffet and à la carte service, especially in the bistronomic restaurant, with personalized customer interactions.
  • Assist the pastry chef with daily tasks.
  • Check buffet setup, presentation, and replenishment (600-1000 covers per service).
  • Manage a team of 1-2 commis pastry chefs.
  • Ensure quality service, safety compliance, and property maintenance.
