About the Role : This is a full-time opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented pastry professional to contribute to the development of new baked products, refine existing recipes, and collaborate closely with our research and development and quality teams. If you love baking and enjoy experimenting with flavors and techniques-and want to see your creations make it to store shelves-this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the R&D Manager to develop and test new bakery products with a focus on quality, flavor, and scalability.
  • Bring hands-on pastry and baking skills into a product development environment.
  • Assist with product trials and sensory evaluations.
  • Adapt traditional pastry techniques for commercial production.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of recipes, testing procedures, and outcomes.
  • Conduct research on baking trends, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and quality assurance.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight development timelines.

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or degree in Pastry Arts, Baking & Pastry, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a pastry or bakery setting.
  • Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors, textures, and presentation.
  • Strong understanding of ingredients, baking chemistry, and food safety.
  • Comfortable working in both kitchen and office environments.
  • Bonus : Experience with ESHA Food Processor, Genesis software, or commercial food manufacturing.
