As the Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be the visionary behind our pastry offerings, collaborating closely with our Head Chef to bring innovative creations to life. Your expertise will ensure each dessert is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, setting high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to conceptualise and develop innovative pastry creations.
  • Handle daily preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety to guarantee quality and freshness.
  • Contribute to menu planning and special event preparations.
  • Drive efficiency in kitchen operations and uphold our commitment to quality, ensuring all pastry production meets the highest standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Demi Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Creative flair with a strong understanding of flavor combinations and presentation.
  • Proficiency in various pastry techniques, including decorating and plating.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
