Reporting to: Manager of Capital Renewal
Description: Reporting to the Manager of Capital Renewal, the successful candidate will be responsible for energy management and facilities regulatory compliance within the HWCDSB. Your understanding of building energy requirements and effective strategies for control will help reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint, promoting stewardship of creation, efficiencies, and a positive environment within our system and community. You will also manage compliance and reporting requirements such as annual energy and greenhouse gas reporting, asbestos management, groundwater testing, backflow valve testing, and life safety system protocols. Participation in a weekly after-hours on-call rotation approximately every eight weeks is required.

Salary: PASS 7 ($72,882 - $91,051)
