We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. If you have experience handling multi line phone systems, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and managing social media, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct calls professionally via our multi line phone system
  • Assist with AR & AP tasks, including uploading invoices and reconciliations
  • Manage office communications and administrative tasks
  • Create and schedule social media content to maintain online presence
  • Support general office operations as needed

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in an administrative role handling multi line phone systems
  • Knowledge of AR & AP processes
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for business use
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
