Job description

Toromont Cat is looking for a Parts Warehouse Person to join our team! The role plays a key part in coordinating and executing day-to-day operations in the warehouse to ensure the entire team provides superior service to internal and external customers.

In a typical day, YOU will:
  • Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors at all times, supporting Toromont’s Health and Safety policies and initiatives
  • Perform all daily parts operations, including processing shop and customer orders, stock receipt and processing, picking and delivery of parts, processing freight, and stock transfers
  • Ensure customer needs are met efficiently, knowledgeably, and professionally
  • Help maintain physical and electronic inventory of parts
  • Provide on-call service on weekends for emergency parts orders on a rotating basis
  • Safely operate lift trucks
  • Assemble hoses
  • Package and ship dangerous goods
  • Assist with inventory organization and control
Must-haves for this role:
  • Minimum secondary education
