Parts & Warehouse Coordinator

Bristol Parts is a division of the DENT Group of Companies based in Hope, BC. With 30 years of experience in the industry, we can find the new, used, and rebuilt parts and components to keep heavy equipment running smoothly. Working within a diverse group of companies, Bristol Parts is looking for someone to join their team as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be someone comfortable with a fast pace & dynamic environment and a natural problem solver. They will be able to adapt well under pressure, be self-motivated and take direction well. With a solid foundation in heavy equipment, the successful candidate will be familiar with the equipment and parts requirements for heavy civil construction projects and able to operate a warehouse to serve the needs of the business. An excellent communicator, the successful candidate will be able to provide support to a mobile sales department.

Expectations

1. Receive and organize parts requested from customers
2. Pull required parts from the inventory
3. Work with Purchaser to ensure required parts are obtained on time
4. Receive and ship parts and supplies
5. Ensure all cores and unneeded parts are returned promptly
6. Maintain proper stock levels of parts, supplies, and consumables
7. Facilitate completed sales to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded
8. Maintain the parts database in the maintenance program
9. Maintain order in the warehouse to be responsive and accommodating to the needs of the business
10. Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years experience in a comparable role
2. Advanced active listening, written and oral communication skills
3. Valid class 5 driver’s license
