We are currently seeking a Parts Technician to join our Red Deer Parts team. This position plays a vital role in supporting internal and external customers by sourcing, issuing, and managing parts efficiently, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to our mission of “Finding a Better Way.”
In this role, you will be responsible for:
·Ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient, knowledgeable, and professional manner, including providing status updates on orders.
·Creating quotes, pursuing parts sales, and managing purchase orders.
·Developing Bills of Materials for repeat jobs and new builds.
·Issuing parts and materials to both internal and external customers.
·Assisting with cycle counts, year-end inventory, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Required:
·Journeyman Parts Technician certification (or actively working toward certification).
·Experience in a parts distribution role within a manufacturing or service environment.
·Knowledge of frac equipment, power generation, gas compression, and/or heavy equipment.
·Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
·Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
·Time management, communication, and customer service skills.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform light physical tasks.
·Sales, procurement, and vendor relations experience.
