Job summary

Inland Truck & Equipment is seeking a Parts Shipper/Receiver at our Cranbrook, BC site. You will package outbound parts, process incoming parts, and support stock and delivery operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and efficient handling of parts for shop technicians and wholesale accounts. The job requires a high school diploma, 3+ years related experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30 kg.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve and think logically.
• Must lift a minimum of 30kg/70lbs.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Experience with non-powered handling equipment (dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Fills, packs and marks parts orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Picks and packs orders for counter staff.
• Receives parts and checks for damage, quantities and back orders.
• Helps stock and post orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Assists drivers with loading and unloading parts.
• Reports low stock to Parts Manager.
• Keeps the parts department clean and orderly.
• Pulls orders from packing slips for customers and repair orders.
• Handles core returns and participates in physical inventory counts.
