Job summary

Fish Creek Nissan in Calgary is looking for a reliable Shipper/Receiver to accurately pick parts, prepare shipments, and manage inventory. You will arrive stock, ship domestically and occasionally to the USA, and help maintain orderly warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, forklift or pallet stacker familiarity, and comfort with computerized receiving/shipping software.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience would be an asset.
• Forklift experience would be an asset.
• Experience with an electric pallet stacker would be an asset.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using computerized receiving and shipping software.
• Knowledge of health and safe procedures, standards, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts and put away stock.

Your area of focus.

In this position, the Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for accurately picking parts and preparing parts for either shipping or delivery. The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for accurately arriving and putting away inventory as well as performing perpetual inventory counts.
