Qualifications

As part our of our goals for growth we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Parts & Service Manager.

You’re adaptable, committed to high standards, and skilled in ERP, inventory management, QuickBooks, and MS Excel. Your strong communication and customer service focus make you a valuable asset to any team.

What You Will Do

  • Warranty & Product Support:
    • Handle technical support and warranty inquiries
    • Resolve warranty issues and maintain customer satisfaction
    • Handle small parts sales

  • Subcontract Installations:
    • Obtain installation quotes and provide contractors with job details
    • Maintain Fleet Project Status Sheets and conduct pre-job meetings
    • Ensure final QC and customer satisfaction are achieved
    • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs with customers and subcontractors

  • General & Back-Up:
    • Answer phones, assist with vehicle hand-offs, and support production tasks

  • Vehicle Receiving:
    • Inspect incoming vehicles, greet customers, and look for upsell opportunities
    • Update production schedules with key information
Your Experience

  • Automotive Mechanical & or Electrical Experience
  • 1 -3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Exemplary organization skills
  • Class 5 Liscence, can drive Big Vans/Trucks
  • Scheduling or Project Coordinating Experience
