Job description

Brandt Industries Ltd. is currently seeking a Parts Representative - Order Desk for our Regina location. This position is part of our internal support team and plays a key role in servicing our North American dealer network. Our dealers represent a wide range of Brandt-manufactured equipment, including agricultural and construction attachments, heavy haul trailers, utility trailers, and hydrovac trucks. The successful candidate will provide timely, accurate, and professional support to our dealers, internal product support teams, and other departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from dealers, internal Product Support representatives, and other internal departments, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
  2. Process parts orders efficiently and accurately, entering details into the system for multiple Brandt divisions.
  3. Provide knowledgeable inside sales support by confirming delivery schedules, troubleshooting technical questions, and recommending parts that best fit customer needs.
  4. Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and update customers on order status, ensuring timely deliveries.
  5. Monitor stock levels with inventory control to anticipate demand and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  6. Coordinate with technical support to resolve product or compatibility issues swiftly, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions for seamless communication and reporting.
  8. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, with a problem-solving attitude to resolve concerns quickly and maintain positive relationships.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the parts department by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
  10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, policies, and system updates.
  11. Take on additional duties as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of the parts desk and overall department goals.
