A local company is seeking a reliable and organized parts & office assistant to manage inventory, assist customers, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work independently while maintaining office organization. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a growing company.
Cartwright Ag & Auto is looking for a reliable and organized parts & office assistant to join our team in Cartwright MB.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- maintain and update inventory, answer phone calls and assist customers and suppliers in a professional manner;
- process invoicing daily and manage basic bookkeeping tasks
- enter accounts receivable and accounts payable
- file documents accurately and maintain office organization
- look up, order, receive, put away parts for all types of equipment
- keep workspace clean and organized
- work in a team environment with a positive attitude and able to work independently
- perform errands such as mail pickup and bank deposits
- direct and manage email communications
- must be physically cable of lifting up to 50lbs
- other duties as assigned
