Job summary

The position requires strong customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a foundation in parts/warehousing. Previous parts industry experience and journeyperson certification are assets.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehousing processes and inventory control.
• Experience in parts industry is an asset.
• Certification is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently.
• Unloading, receiving, and organizing parts and materials.
• Document and report shipping, receiving, and inventory data.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through adjustments.
• Place stock orders to maintain optimal levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches.
• Support Service with pricing and availability of parts.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Use computer systems to support operations.
• Attend required training.

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Trois-Rivières Construction and Forestry location.

This position is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Respond to internal and external customer needs promptly, deliveringaccuratesolutions to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Prepare detailed quotes and efficiently process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage the unloading, receiving, and organized storage of parts and materials tomaintainaccurateinventory.
• Document and report shipping, receiving,inventoryand stock information thoroughly.
• Manage inventory accuracy through inventory and bin adjustments.
• Place inventory stock orders to ensureoptimalstock levels.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches as requested.
• Provide support to the Service Department with pricing and availability of parts to complete work orders.
• Operate parts and warehousing equipment.
• Utilize computer systems to effectively support operations.
• Attend required training.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

• Possess strong customer service skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including working shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Possess a foundation of parts and/or warehousing knowledge and skills.
• Previousexperience in the parts industry considered an asset.
• Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset.
