Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Parts Person at our Fort St. John Construction and Forestry location to assist customers in finding the right parts, provide pricing, and process online orders. You will support warehouse operations and parts inventory to bolster our Parts Business, reporting to the Parts Manager.

You will unload, receive, and store incoming parts, locate items for customers or other branches, and help service technicians. Strong communication and data entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the parts industry is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of parts and warehousing concepts.
• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
• Proficient with Excel for data input and management.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving
• Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard
• Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
• Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required
• Place inventory stock orders
• Make inventory and bin adjustments
• Accurately and completely document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
• Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
• Other duties as required

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for ourFort St. John Construction and Forestry location.The Parts Person isresponsible for aidingcustomers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders.The position entails executing parts inventory duties that bolster our Parts Business by supporting warehouse operations. This role reports tothe Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers

What You Will Be Responsible For

What We Look For

• Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
• Effective customer service skills and ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and in person
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively
