Brandt Group of Companies in Edmonton is seeking a Parts Person to assist customers, price parts, and process online orders. The role supports warehouse operations and reports to the Parts Manager, collaborating to deliver efficient parts service.

You will handle parts locating, inventory updates, and customer support, with opportunities to grow within a network of 170+ locations.

Qualifications

• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.
• Effective customer service skills and ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and in person
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively

Responsabilités

• Problem solving Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard
• Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
• Provide assistance to branch service technicians as required
• Place inventory stock orders
• Make inventory and bin adjustments

Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Edmonton Construction and Forestry location. The Parts Person is responsible for aiding customers in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. The position entails executing parts inventory duties that bolster our Parts Business by supporting warehouse operations. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

What We Look For

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively
• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred
• Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills Journeyperson
• Certification is considered an asset
