About the opportunity…

This position is responsible for maintaining high profitability of the parts operation and supervising related systems, including:

  • Ensuring profitability through retail, internal, and wholesale sales
  • Establishing and pursuing department objectives
  • Providing leadership and guidance to staff
  • Developing strategic sales plans
  • Improving operational effectiveness and developing processes
  • Managing budgets and inventory
  • Collaborating with Service and Sales departments
  • Managing parts orders, sourcing suppliers, and overseeing inventory and returns

About you…

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a dealership Parts Manager
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change
  • Self-motivated with a passion for excellence
