We're looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Automotive Parts Manager to join our fast-paced dealership team! In this vital role, you'll help power the service department by providing technicians and customers with the right parts quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Location: 2820 Princess St, Kingston ON (Kia)

Compensation: Up to $75,000 per year

Our Parts Manager will help ensure the efficiency and productivity of the Parts department, develop an action plan for profitability, and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing inventory, including obsolete stock.
  • Ordering parts following company and OEM guidelines.
  • Understanding parts pricing procedures.
  • Maintaining warranty platforms.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Managing department profitability by examining financial statements, expenses, and revenue.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the Parts department.
  • Managing deliveries and returns.
  • Keeping the department organized.
  • Working with service managers and technicians to maintain effective workflow.
