Job summary

Steele Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a high-performing Parts Department in Atlantic Canada. You will mentor the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure parts availability for technicians, service advisors, and customers with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and monitor financial performance to drive profitability while upholding dealership standards and exceptional service levels.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and support a team.
  • Deep understanding of parts inventory management and dealership operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • A people first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working with dealership management systems and manufacturer parts programs.
