About the Role :
We're looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Parts Manager to take the lead in managing our high-performing Parts Department. If you're someone who thrives on organization, customer satisfaction, and team leadership, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control
- Support internal service team and retail customers with accurate, timely parts solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff for peak performance
- Track department KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in an automotive parts role (managerial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
- Leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Toyota systems and / or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Passion for automotive excellence and customer service
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an Automotive Dealership Parts environment
