Your Mission:
You’ll own the parts process—ordering, tracking, and delivering what our techs need to work their magic. From managing vendor relationships to keeping our inventory lean and efficient, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping jobs on time and customers thrilled.

What You’ll Do:

Run the parts department like a pro—ordering, stocking, and distributing with precision.
Work closely with our repair team to ensure the right parts are always on hand.
Keep inventory organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
Negotiate like a boss to get the best pricing and delivery from vendors.
Handle customer questions like a seasoned professional.
Stay on top of numbers, budgets, and performance metrics.
Mentor and lead any support staff in the parts area.

You Bring:

Experience in parts management (collision or mechanical—if you know parts, we want to talk)
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and parts databases.
Epic organizational skills and attention to detail.
Great communication and people skills.
A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
