About the Job

We're looking for a well-organized and motivated Parts Manager to take charge of our parts department in Lindsay. You'll be keeping inventory in check, helping the service team, growing parts sales, and making sure our customers are well taken care of.

Responsibilities
  • Manage parts inventory, ordering, and distribution
  • Lead and support your parts team to hit performance goals
  • Help customers with parts questions and orders
  • Use HBS and Excel to track parts and keep things running smoothly
  • Boost sales through promotions and social media posts
  • Work closely with the service and sales teams
Qualifications
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel
  • 3+ years of experience with parts or inventory (ideally in a dealership or similar setting)
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace
  • Strong knowledge of parts logistics, inventory management, and working with suppliers
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
