Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Manager for our Fredericton Construction & Forestry location. The Parts Manager is focused on increasing sales and profits, enhancing competitiveness, and maintaining dealer/customer satisfaction. This position manages parts operations, product support, and personnel to maximize returns through optimized Parts Department processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of parts inventory within the parts system.
  2. Optimize Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Grow profitable parts sales.
  4. Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
  5. Collaborate with Operations & Service Managers for timely parts turnaround for internal jobs.
  6. Analyze departmental operations and storage layout, revising as needed for effectiveness.
  7. Maintain a high-performing parts team through hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management in a safe environment.
  8. Exercise disciplined expense control.
  9. Ensure superior customer service through staff scheduling during business hours.
  10. Work with product support and manufacturing groups to source and stock internally manufactured parts.
  11. Develop an annual parts sales business plan and budget, including support to other Brandt branches.
  12. Collaborate with Sales departments to maximize cross-marketing opportunities.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
