Job summary

Equipment Ontario Inc. is seeking a proactive Parts Manager to lead daily operations, optimize the parts department, and enhance customer experience at our Ontario location.

You will manage inventory, pricing, returns, and collaboration with service teams to ensure timely parts delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in agriculture equipment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a track record of managing finance procedures and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a parts department or other relevant departments.
• Specialized knowledge and experience in agriculture equipment and data management is considered an asset.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Post-secondary education in inventory management, marketing or business preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various departments and customers.
• Demonstrated experience in managing finance procedures and strategy.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily to quarterly parts are ordered effectively and efficiently.
• Keep the parts department and showroom clean, organized, stocked and safe.
• Hit internal KPIs: inventory turns, order accuracy, inventory accuracy.
• Maximize and manage parts surplus, obsolescence and returns.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to ensure prompt delivery of parts.
• Oversee staffing: scheduling and accountability in the parts department.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure parts are accurately charged to customers and on invoices.
